No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Delicious and easy no-bake mini banana cream pies with a graham cracker crust and creamy filling.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of 6 small jars or ramekins to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Layer the pudding mixture over the crust in each jar.
  6. Top with sliced bananas and additional whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
