No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with the classic flavors of German chocolate, topped with a coconut-pecan frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Before serving, top with shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
