No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with layers of German chocolate flavor, topped with a coconut-pecan frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
