No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A creamy, decadent no-bake cheesecake with the rich flavors of German chocolate, topped with a coconut-pecan frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and swirl lightly with a knife. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
