No Bake Chocolate Cherry Pie

A rich and creamy no-bake pie featuring a chocolate cream filling topped with cherry pie filling on a buttery graham cracker crust.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
  3. Stir in melted chocolate chips until well blended.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth, then gently fold in the remaining whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread chocolate cream mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  6. Top the pie with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the chocolate layer.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for smooth texture. Cool melted chocolate before mixing to prevent curdling. For best results, chill the pie overnight to allow flavors to meld.
