For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup strawberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas and crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and strawberry sauce. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
