Monster Bacon Ranch Chicken Tornado Bombs

These Monster Bacon Ranch Chicken Tornado Bombs are a deliciously indulgent appetizer featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch seasoning wrapped in a flaky dough and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), diced
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, forming a 'tornado bomb'.
  7. Place bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush the bombs with a little melted butter before baking. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping. These can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
