Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers

A fun and delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, using crispy tater tots as the bun.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 24 frozen tater tots
  • 4 slices American cheese, quartered
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 dill pickle slices

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  4. Place a quarter slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly.
  5. Mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl to create a sauce.
  6. Assemble by placing a patty between two tater tots, adding a pickle slice and a drizzle of sauce.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
