For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 24 frozen tater tots
- 4 slices American cheese, quartered
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 12 dill pickle slices
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 12 small patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Place a quarter slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly.
- Mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl to create a sauce.
- Assemble by placing a patty between two tater tots, adding a pickle slice and a drizzle of sauce.
