For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into mini pie pans to form crusts. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately, then fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Divide filling among crusts and smooth tops. Melt chocolate chips with oil and drizzle over pies. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
