For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into liners and bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream separately, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon filling over cooled crusts. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
