Mini Bundt Cakes

Delicious and moist mini bundt cakes perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini bundt cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
