Spicy Mexican Chicken Marinade
- 2 limes (juice)
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp chipotle paste (read notes)
- 1 tsp chili powder or flakes
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- ½ cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp onion powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- Add all ingredients to a resealable bag, jar, or container.
- Shake/whisk vigorously so the seasonings dissolve well and combine.
- Add chicken to the bag or container and shake/turn to coat on all sides.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to cook.
