Melt-in-Your-Mouth Caesar Chicken

Juicy chicken breasts coated in a creamy Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese, baked to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and parsley. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
