For the Crust:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz fettuccine pasta
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice into strips.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes).
Return sliced chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
