For the Crust:
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return sliced chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
