For the Crust:
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
