For the Crust:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
