For the Crust:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained well
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract (if using), and chopped cherries.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
