M M M Marshmallow Dream Bars

A festive and rich treat combining creamy peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate, butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, and M&Ms for a colorful and delicious dessert bar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 11 oz butterscotch chips
  • 10.5 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and gently fold in the M&Ms, reserving some to sprinkle on top if desired.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the pan and sprinkle remaining M&Ms on top.
  6. Allow bars to cool completely at room temperature until firm before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use a double boiler or low heat to prevent chocolate from scorching. For easier slicing, chill bars briefly after they set. Store bars at room temperature to keep them gooey and soft.
