Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

Decadent brownie batter swirled with creamy cheesecake, topped with chocolate chips and nuts for the ultimate dessert bite.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil, eggs, and water)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Fill each liner 2/3 full with batter.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto brownie batter.
  4. Use a toothpick to swirl the cheesecake mixture into the brownie batter. Top with chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool completely before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
