  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate and heavy cream, mixed)
  • Caramel sauce
  • Extra brownie crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  3. Layer crumbled brownies into the bottom of each cup, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling.
  4. Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce on top. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
  5. Finish with extra brownie crumbs and a drizzle of chocolate and caramel.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use boxed brownies for a quick dessert hack. Let the cheesecake cups chill overnight for best flavor. Can be made 1 day in advance for parties or holidays.
