Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup

Individual brownie cheesecake cups loaded with rich chocolate brownie base, creamy cheesecake filling, and decadent toppings for the ultimate chocolate dessert

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup brownie crumbs
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare brownie batter according to box directions
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract to cream cheese mixture, beat until combined
  4. Fold chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture
  5. Divide brownie batter evenly among prepared muffin cups or ramekins, filling halfway
  6. Top each with a spoonful of cheesecake mixture
  7. Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes until brownies are set but cheesecake is slightly underbaked
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  9. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, brownie crumbs, and chocolate syrup before serving

Notes

These cups can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extra richness, use premium chocolate chips or add espresso powder to the brownie batter. Individual silicone baking cups make serving and storage easier.
