Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup

A decadent dessert combining rich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and a variety of toppings in individual cups.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of brownie batter into each liner. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Remove cups from oven, drop a spoonful of cheesecake mixture onto each brownie base, and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
  6. Let cool, then top with chocolate chips, chopped nuts, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Notes

For best results, allow the cups to cool completely before adding toppings. You can substitute nuts with sprinkles or crushed cookies for a different twist. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
