For the Crust:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
