For the Crust:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
