  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, crushed pineapple with juice, and vegetable oil. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
