For the Crust:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and almond extract (if using). Fold in chopped maraschino cherries.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares. Serve chilled.
