For the Crust:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and almond extract (if using). Fold in chopped maraschino cherries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares. Serve chilled.
