For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with hot fudge sauce before serving.
