Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

A decadent chocolate treat combining the richness of brownies with the moist texture of bread, topped with luscious hot fudge.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with hot fudge sauce before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
