Honey Garlic Steak Bites

Juicy steak bites cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add steak bites and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites (reserving marinade) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and add butter. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
