For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Grill or bake skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with extra marinade drizzled on top if desired.
