For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Twix bars, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Add the remaining filling and smooth the top.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and garnish with chopped Twix bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
