For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Twix bars, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Add the remaining filling and smooth the top.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and garnish with chopped Twix bars.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
