Festive Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

A quick holiday side or appetizer made with turkey, cranberries, herbs, and bread crumbs—perfect for easy family dinners and festive meals.

  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, turkey, cranberries, onion, celery, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add thyme, salt, pepper, broth, and egg. Mix until even.
  4. Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

For a crispier texture, lightly spray the balls with cooking oil before baking. These can be made ahead and reheated. Substitute chicken for turkey if desired.
