Homemade Big Mac Wraps With Special Sauce

A fun, low-carb twist on the classic Big Mac, featuring all the iconic flavors wrapped in a soft tortilla with a homemade special sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 slices American cheese, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, and 1/2 tsp onion powder to make the special sauce. Set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up. Season with 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a tablespoon of special sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Divide the cooked beef among the tortillas, top with shredded lettuce, chopped onion, cheese strips, and pickle slices.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
