Heavenly Strawberry Banana Bliss Cheesecake

A creamy and dreamy cheesecake combining the sweet flavors of strawberry and banana in a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, mashed bananas, strawberry puree, and sour cream until fully combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Let cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
