Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese and diced ham evenly over the pastry. Roll tightly into a log.
  4. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
