  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add diced sweet potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir to combine.
  4. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
