Ground Beef and Spinach Skillet with Feta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook onion and garlic for 3–4 minutes, until soft.
- Add ground beef, break it up, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain fat if needed.
- Stir in spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until spinach wilts.
- Remove from heat and top with crumbled feta.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm—great with crusty bread or over rice.
