Greek Pasta with Feta and Olives (25-Minutes)
- 12 oz (340g) pasta ((penne, fusilli, or your choice))
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ small red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cup Kalamata olives (sliced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- ½ cup reserved pasta water (if needed for sauce)
- Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
- Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Step 2: Sauté the Aromatics
- Step 3: Cook the Tomatoes
