For the Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup caramel bits
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a 9×9 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Melt caramel bits with heavy cream in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in crispy rice cereal and spread over crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel layer. Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt chocolate, then spread evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set.
