Gooey Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Deliciously rich and gooey caramel chocolate bars with a satisfying crunch.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, then drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until caramel is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped nuts and crispy rice cereal.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
