Glazed Cranberry Lemon Loaf
- 1/2 C salted butter (at room temperature )
- 1 C white sugar
- 3 large eggs (at room temperature )
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (about 1 large lemon)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/2 C all purpose flour (spooned and levelled)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 C sour cream (at room temperature )
- 1 & 1/4 C cranberries
- 1 C powdered suga
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
