Glazed Cranberry Lemon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C salted butter (at room temperature )
  • 1 C white sugar
  • 3 large eggs (at room temperature )
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (about 1 large lemon)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 C all purpose flour (spooned and levelled)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 C sour cream (at room temperature )
  • 1 & 1/4 C cranberries
  • 1 C powdered suga
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
