Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

A simple and flavorful roasted cauliflower dish with garlic and parmesan.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and cauliflower is golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
