Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Buttery, golden biscuit pockets filled with savory ground beef, gooey cheddar and cream cheese, topped with a garlic Parmesan butter glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth and combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a circle large enough to hold filling.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  6. Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each sealed biscuit.
  7. Arrange bombs on the baking sheet with space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve.

Notes

For best results, ensure the biscuit dough is well sealed around the filling to prevent leaks. Serve warm for gooey cheese texture. Fresh parsley adds a nice color contrast and freshness.
