Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Savory cheeseburger-filled biscuit bombs topped with a garlic Parmesan butter glaze, baked to golden perfection and garnished with fresh parsley.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the biscuit dough can and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal completely.
  7. Mix melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  8. Brush the tops of the sealed bombs with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
  9. Arrange bombs on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the beef mixture is well combined and the biscuit edges are sealed tightly to prevent leaking. Serve warm for optimal flavor and texture.
