Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Buttery, golden biscuit pockets filled with savory ground beef, creamy cheeses, and a touch of garlic, topped with a garlic Parmesan butter glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the biscuit dough can and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal completely.
  7. Mix melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the sealed bombs with this mixture.
  8. Arrange bombs on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, ensure the beef mixture is well combined and cooled slightly before filling the biscuits to prevent dough sogginess. Serve warm for gooey cheese texture and garnish with fresh parsley for added color and flavor.
