For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
- Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
