Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs stuffed with ground beef, cheese, and garlic parmesan flavors.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
  6. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
