Garlic Butter Salmon

A delicious and easy-to-make salmon dish with rich garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and dried parsley.
  5. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
