These rollups combine all the delicious flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the added richness of garlic butter and crispy bacon, wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough. Perfect as a party appetizer or game day snack, they offer a golden, crispy exterior with a gooey, savory inside.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to crescent roll dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until beef is browned and onions are translucent; drain excess fat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cooked bacon pieces and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up towards the point, sealing edges.
  6. Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush generously over each rollup.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated cheddar cheese and cook bacon until crispy for texture contrast. These rollups can be made ahead and reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness. Serve with ketchup or your favorite burger sauce for dipping.
