Elegant Lemon Marbled Cheesecake Bars

A delightful dessert featuring creamy cheesecake with a tangy lemon swirl, set on a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and flour.
  4. Pour 2/3 of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Stir lemon juice and zest into the remaining batter.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of lemon batter over the plain batter. Use a knife to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before chilling for at least 4 hours.
