Easy White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake with rich white chocolate and peanut butter flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in melted white chocolate and whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Spread mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish with additional melted white chocolate or peanut butter drizzle before serving.
