For the Crust:
- 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place pear halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast pears for 20-25 minutes until tender but still holding their shape.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top each pear half with blue cheese and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
